what is the special access i need to sell items? last year i had no problem!

I hate to be a crab but I wanted to list my cover and OFT steering post relocator for sale and yeah I'm not a VIP. I looked at it and I thought you had to be a paying member to list the stuff for sale. I'm not paying to list 2 small items for sale.
But this site helped me out, I was gonna sell the OFT for $75 dollars but cause I couldn't list it here I put it on ebay and its already up to $130.00 so I guess this site made me money. Thanks.

I think it happen because some iusse came up and poeple were not getting things they payed for.
