Windshield options for the Apex GT

anybody heard anything bout the low flyscreens for the nytro? i know they will have chrome and black but anythign else for color?

pimped where have you seen chrome ones like whats on the Nytro? Aftermarket

i was pretty sure i saw a low chrome flyscreen on a nytro that i saw...i think it was chrome anyways...maybe i was dreamin it was chrome

A chrome one like that would be very cool! - I think at this point we will have to dream about it though!!

Sporttech is suppling wind shields for Yamaha this year. I emailed them this spring and asked what plans they made for the Apex line. They will only be available at Yamaha dealers this year. And yes, I'll be going will the taller wind shield because of the poor protection that the GT and RTX have.

talked to Sportech today, they are supplying the W/S's to Yamaha and the aftermarket will not have any this season.

Do you know if sporttech have a web page? I could not fine it on google

I know everyone on here has been desperately waiting to see some of the new Apex windshields. We just received in the new mid height black/chrome/clear center style today (SMA-8FT96-10-BC) which should be extremely popular with the Apex GT owners looking for cool looks with good wind protection. We also got in some of the all black (SMA-8FT91-10-BK) new style bend low windshields for the Apex/Attaks.

I have sent one of the mids up to Mr. Sled to mount on his GT and get some good photos for us of how they look and how the handguards work with this set-up. If anyone is interested in one give me a call. Thanks
