2007 Phazer
Went out for 3 hours today, field bangin with a small crew,

3 polaris, 2 skidoo and me and the Phazer. +1 to +6 celcius all day.

Phazer had no trouble keeping up and even passing by in fields with some 600s.

Just fine tuned the clutch yesterday, running Ulmers and put 3.1g in the heel put my top rpm right on the button 11,300 - 11,400. Still the odd rev limiter at take off but I have given up trying to get rid of that. Dont know what else to do. I hit 110 kph in 4-10" of snow in the fields (gps speed). I was so impressed with the pull it had today.

Anyway 1 poo broke throttle cable, 1 skidoo blew bogie wheel and was runnin really rough in the warm so he went home. Other doo blew a belt (and on 3rd motor in 2 seasons)

Luckily I was trouble free today but we all had a blast. Everyone commented on the Aaen pipe and liked the sound, but one guy admitted when i passed by him at WOT it almost scared him lol. It is loud but sounds so cool when your turning 11,000+ rpm!

Anyway by the end of the week our snow will be long gone unless we get another dump.

Worst winter in history.

Hitting the last little jump on the way home (and I used my Pentax camera instead of my Panasonic today and it has a HORRID microphone compared to the panasonic. Sorry for the garbage sound but I didnt realize the Pentax was such a POS.)

I fogged, washed, and polished the Phazer today. Just need to clean the clutches and grease the skid and its ready to go into the shed for summer. Washed all my riding gear and its hanging outside drying. Put a whole 230 kms on this winter.

With no snow until 2 weeks ago and no one to ride with (everyone wasbusy) it was a disappointing season. Let's hope next winter is better.

PS whats the consensus on a fuel additive for storage? Dont feel like draining the tank this year LOL

I use gas stabilizer in all my gas equipment. I do replace with fresh gas at the beginning of the season. Never had a problem.

I feel sorry for you guys - I put 230Km on yesterday (2400Km this season so far).
Our winter was slow starting and the snow may go fast once it starts because we have had a couple of mild spells. We should be able to ride for another 4-6weeks on the west coast of NL.

So if you use Stabil or a similar product, why is it necessary to replace the fuel? I thought being able to use the fuel was the reason for Stabil.

Startron is a great product, avail at Canuck tire.

Seafoam works for me on a full tank at storage.

+15c tomorrow, going for 1 last zip tonight. Time to park it.

I went out sunday but there wasn't much snow left so I came home and started to get the phazer ready for storage. I use Amsoil fuel stabilizer in my stuff and seems to work well. I usually drain my tanks at the start of the season and put in fresh gas and put the old gas in my vehicles.

last ride

Did ours Sunday with a "family day" out on the trails. Few of us diaper bagged some 'dogs, chips, cookies & beverages around for awhile then set up camp for a couple hours with a 'lil fire and hanging out trail side.
Kids had a great time, made a snowman, adults had a snowball fight ;)!

Was 56* out there, rode in jeans and pretty much stood around in a T-shirt~ got a little sunburn too. Snow was soggy mush and trails were getting bare in the direct sun/ corners but we mamaged 60 miles. Done now.
Only 850ish for the year but all good rides with these guys...

Bike season in another 6 weeks after the roads get cleared up some!!!

There was snow down the road side in the a.m.

porkchop those shots look great.

I went out for my last ride couple days ago and there was less snow than that!

Haha came back and my wife asks my oldest son "did you go snowmobiling?"

Son says "Uh, no mommy we just drove through all the deep water!"

Gotta love kids. And yeah we were wet LOL. First time snowmobiling this year wearing rubber boots and a snowboard helmet LOL

guys startron is a joke.. its kero.. actually makes the fuel less stable and does nothing for phase separation.. seafoam is a great cleaner but also does nothing for phase separation..+

i made this video.. tested startron and seafoam against B3C mechanic in a bottle..

you can check Home depot, walmart, and tractor supply stores.. i know B3C does not have a dealer base set up in Canada as of yet.. they are having a hard time keeping up with the demand in the states.. im sure eventualy it will be available up there guys. The stores i listed above only carry the 4oz bottles.. anyone interested in the states i can ship it right to your front door..
