I picked up this 1,000 lb motorcycle stand at Harbor Freight. On sale now for $299. I think it's the best equipment investment I've ever made. It's a back saver. Wish I would have bought it 20 years ago...

Since the skis are not supported, do you have a block underneath the belly just ahead of the heat exchanger taking the load?

I have cut a piece of 2"x6" lumber that spans across the under the lower control arms to support the front. A block under the belly pan would work also

I have the same lift and I made a angle Iron frame that the skis sit on. It bolts to the tire clamp bolt holes.
