I was going through my clutches a couple months ago and felt my secondary rollers had a lot of slip in them and one was even wearing at an angle but no flat spots. I just installed td clutch kit for stock winder, dalton springs and hytorque rollers. I bought the sled from an out of state dealer and I think the old rollers that are pictured aren’t stock. So my questions are; what kind of rollers do the old look like? What would running those rollers do performance wise compared to the new? Has anyone run the td stock kit, and is anything noticeable performance wise? I bought the kit cause it looked like my secondary spring was binding and needed the rollers anyways.

Secondary rollers and primary rollers are going to wear. Secondary less than primary IMO. If your flashed up high better watch them close. I’m going to change mine every 4-5 k. No matter what they look like. ALSO just changed my bushings on the helix and secondary sheave. They NEEDED IT. 5200 miles just changed them two days ago. The bushings about the same 4-5 k. Imo. When we have this much power the clutching is going to be very important. These clutches need attention, and if anyone thinks that sucks then you should buy a 160 hp sled you can put 7-8 k on before rebuilding clutches. My 1 cent

My stockers were worn like that after 792 miles, just replaced them with some TP rollers which are said to be made of a more durable material. They seemd wider where they hit the ramp not sure at the pin, was definitely a better fit at the pin. Went to a TP orange spring and SRX helix too. Stock power.

Yes the tp rollers are a nice tight fit around the pin and the width. The old ones had 3 washers around each one and still a lot of slop but dont think they were stock. Weren’t the stock ones dark color

Yup, the TP rollers with a good Dalton helix and you won't see the roller wear.
