I was riding yesterday when my chaincase blew a hole in the top of it. I can move my secondary clutch up and down. What can be my problem???? What could of caused that????? Ironically I bought a hole reverse kit off of ebay last month, and I was wondering how hard that is to replace. Aslo is there any diagrams available for the chaincase?

If your secondary clutch moves "up & down" I am thinking that the bearing at the other end of the jackshaft is no longer retained by the chaincase housing. Sounds like you may have broke your chain and it bunched up at the top sprocket and blew apart the top of the chain case. This happened to me once on my old Viper.
You can find parts diagrams on line easily and probably even a step by step somewhere on this site. There may even be someone parting out their old RX1 that could sell you a new chaincase for much less than new.
