3/16I got a box of the large black rivets from NAPA.
I used all the rivets from Yamaha that way I knew they are all correct length,style and dia. Parts diagram has part numbers for all them. The black ones just hold bodywork on so wouldnt matter much. Just was very convenient to order all and they were very reasonably priced. If you want better rivets the Japan Yamaha rivets are really the way to go but would have to figure out whats needed.

Can someone tell me the torque spc for the frame bolts to main chassie and bulkhead screws?

With both having liability only I think you are SOL. You have any pictures.
Because we both had Liability and no one was at fault insurance are going to pay 1/2. His insurance pay for 1/2 of mine. My Insurance is going to pay for 1/2 of his.

What about the bulkhead bolts? Did you do the same?
Yes same thing. I did use all new bulkhead bolts. Not sure where the specs are for those either.What about the bulkhead bolts? Did you do the same?

Got sled all put together. Added a red skid, skis, decals and strips. So it look a lot different that stock.
One pictures of sled before crash and 3 pictures after the crash with the repairs complete.
