Real niceEnded up having mine custom done with a bit of added foam and is stiffer also. He put gripper material on the top also. I'm very happy with it so far!View attachment 111657View attachment 111658 View attachment 111659View attachment 111660

If you really want the second color, ask WRP, if they will include enough extra material with your purchase , so you can take the cover to an upholstery shop and have them replace those colored panels , as it should be an easy process, before they assemble the new cover and foam. Thanks

OR send your seat to BIGDOG RX1 's upholsterer , as that is the nicest custom job , I have seen .
What ever route you choose , get the seat raised , and add a handlebar riser , and you will be very happy !

Yup, love it. The whole sled now really, very easy to go too fast over garbage with the hygear setup and more ski shims. Only thing I would say is my legs are a ltitle achy since it's so easy to pull up off the seat, I did it a lot. Trails around Barnes to Montague were like the old days, in the afternoon, with lots of bumps. Still can sit if you want and chase those pesky standuppers too!

Same comments as above .
I have the sidewinder and my Apex XTX , and rode them both yesterday .
When I got on the Apex with the WRP seat it felt higher than the sidewinder , and then similar after a little sag.
Both sleds can chase my kids snopro race sled sitting down , as he is standing.

Can anyone that has done this mod, I'm assuming has done a handle bar riser as well, help me out with a throttle adjustment question? Every time I turn the nut at the motor mount is seems to either take from one side, not actually add to the length??? I added now a powermadd extension and it does the exact same thing, so not really sure I needed it since it didn't help matters... Also, when I turn the steering wheel it engages the throttle... FML! Please help!

You may re route the cable around to the front of the bars , if I recall what I did , or if still need more free play , look further down the cable for any other rerouting or undo some tie downs .

I only have the 6 inch riser but it fits me well. No need for longer cables with the 6.Can anyone that has done this mod, I'm assuming has done a handle bar riser as well, help me out with a throttle adjustment question?
