Yamaha gives trail Nytro a Boost!

The Push turbo for around $3,500. seems like the best deal and helps keep weight off the nose at the same time. No one at MPI would ever divulge the weight of thier kit but its got to be around 20lbs ?? Anyone know the weight?

After Yamaha sits on their $4,600 superchargers for a while, they'll offer rebates like they did with the MTX turbo's I'm sure. When they get that supercharger into the $1500 ballpark like they did with the Push Turbo's, they'll sell like hot cakes!

what about yamaha canada? Price?

Kinda late though on a very old model IMHO.My xtx is going into its 4th year!

Take a look at the yamaha sled blog. They are hoping to have limited avalibility in Canada this fall and the price is looking like it will be very close to or the same as the price in the US. imo this is very good news.

I'll believe it when I see it!

So as I understand it...if you have a Yamaha dealer install these kits, and you don't change any components, your warranty is good..even if you blow it up?

That would be interesting to know!

I saw a Nytro over at D&D Powersports a few weeks ago set up with the super charger. They said Yamaha was having trouble getting them to work at lower altitudes and had sent them one to try and get the kinks out of. There was supposed to be a yamaha preview last spring down at the Edge hotel but it got canceled. Lack of snow I would guess. I bet the sled will be up at the Snowdeo up by Old Forge this fall.

The way I'm reading there warranty coverage is that if you have it installed the way it comes from them you're covered...any changes/mods..you aren't...I would assume have a Yamaha dealer doing the install would help ensure that...pretty much guessing at that...but the way it's worded, just not 100% sure.
