I'm putting a set of the new mtn skis on my warrior. It appears as I use the rubber ski mount from my stock skis.Is this correct? Also there's not enough room to get both spacers in was planning on putting in the small spacer and setting ski's to max width.Any one else ever do this.

I have an 03 and I had to buy the mountain bolts, spacers and bushings that were longer... I reused the stock rubber. The mountain ski is wider between the inside of the saddle than the original ski.

Update on the Mtn ski .So far they seem to work very well on trail and off.Seem to be a better all around ski then the simmons I had.I have the spacers to for max width.50" outside of ski to outside of ski.

I've had a set of mountain skiis on my '05 Warrior for a couple of years now...they are great in 'da UP Powder.

I just added a set to my wife's '06 Venture....now my only problem is they two sleds side by side are too wide for my enclosed trailer!

Hey I have that problem also to wide for the trailer.I came up with putting a board under one ski to let it go over the top of the other ski.Worked well still working on something a little less crude looking but works for now.Mike

I ended up doing the same thing!!! :o|

I put one under each ski so the sled would sit level and the tie down bar would go on straight. I used two treated 2"x8" boards about 16" long with a 45 degree bevel on the leading edge.
