Yamaha North America

I heard from my dealer that effective December 1st there will no longer be Yamaha Canada, USA, and Mexico. It will change to Yamaha North America. Will this result in consistent pricing across all of North America?

Hopefully north amarican warranty... I know with my US bought Audi they covered the warranty in Canada
