Yamaheater with boost?

Quick question about the yamaheater with boost for my 09 XTX. Is it recommended to buy the kit with the boost? I live in Southern Ontario so it doesn't get crazy cold.

I just installed the yamaheater with boost.. It was recommended to me to get the boost by a supplier here.. Man, the grips get toasty now!

It is highly recommended on the Nytro. This is why OFT Racing only sells them with boost.

As I understood it they all come with boost now, only the thumb boost was an option, that by the way I would also recommend.

Get it with the boost if boost is an option with your set-up. You can always turned them down if its too warm, but can't go the other way if they are not warm enough. More is better than not enough in those colder days.

I'm not sure if my nytro has the boost for the yamaheater. If my nytro does have the boost, how do I know?? What does it look like?? I'm just not sure if my nytro has a yamaheater boost option. I bought it from a guy and he just said it has a yamaheater in the sled. Just not sure.... Thanks

If you put your handwarmers on 0 bars on the gauge, there should be a led that goes red. Any other setting the led goes green. This is if you have the boost built in. The older ones had switches and stuff

I got one brand new for sale for your sled. I bought it but decided to sell my 07 and bought a 2011. I don't need it. Brand new never been used. $175. I have it posted in classifieds.

If I would be you cmharcou I would install it on the 11' sled. They are warmer than the previous year due to the new stator but they'll never be as hot and toasty like the yamaheater.
