well this isnt making me feel that much better bout getting these, cause all you guys say that your stock ones work decent, so is this kit goignt o burn my hands, witch would make it worthi it to buy, or are they going to make the grips warm on high and just still not be hot

My stock grips sucked unless it was warm out so I put the Yamaheater now now they work great even with the box turned off.

My current phazer has yamaheater and I find myself turning them down because they actually get hot, so Im not complaining at all. not sure if Im using them right but I was told turn the toggle switch on and turn the warmers off on the speedo and they get hot and turn the toggle switch off and then theyre like stock warmers... not sure if thats how tehy work but it seems to work for me lol

Joe, your close. You only need to turn the toggle switch off if you want NO heat at all. Yamaheater doesn't even come with the toggle anymore, practically nobody was using it.

Here's how mine work.. With switch ON grips off very hot . Turn grips up and they seem to go cooler the more bars on gauge still hot thou. Switch OFF they work normal just warmer than stock without Yamaheaters
