HAVE AN APEX WITH YAMICHARGER. STARTED BLOWING COOLANT OUT OVER FLOW AT FULL THROTTLE RECENTLY. 9000KMS
IF HEAD GASKET IS GONE WHAT IS EVERONE USING FOR REPLACEMENT ? OEM OR AFTERMARKET LIKE COMETIC MLS OR OTHER ?
WHEN IN THERE DO I INSTALL ARP STUDS ?
SURPRISED GASKIT WENT WITH ONLY 2-3 PSI BOOST.
DONT KNOW IF I SHOULD TAKE IN AND GET A LEAK DOWN TEST DONE. PRESSURIZED COOLANT SYSTEM AND DONT SEE ANY LEAKS EXTERNALLY ANYWHERE.

Never seen or herd of a YamCharger making over 2 psi and highly unlikely the charger caused a head gasket issue assuming your running premium. I would go back to stock with everything. If you drop compression at all you will loose the gain's from the charger. Studs won't hurt anything but you don't wan't to decompress for 2 psi.

Are you sure it wasn't just getting hot? What were the trail conditions like when you were experiencing the coolant overflow?
Reason I ask is a stock sled will even push coolant (expansion) when it's near overheating from lack of cooling from hard pack... might not be a head gasket issue at all. If there is no snow dust collecting on your snow flap and rear suspension, there isn't enough to cool the heat exchanger either. For all intent and purposes 2 psi from a Yamahcharger you might as well consider it as a stock machine.

Do the leak down test.
Buy the tester & do it yourself. They arent expensive.
As stated above, not likely 2 psi blew the gasket, but overheat will kill a motor.
Don't need the ARP's for 2 psi.

Just for info I thought I had a head gasket gone and went through a tear down and it was the same right away, was nothing more than a bad rad cap! look for the the small things first
