just got new fox zero pros for my mtx skid and wondering if anyone else is using them I think the brass filler valve points down toward track on ground when installed if anyone can confirm please would you or comment on the quality of the shocks thanks

Thats way I would put them in.No experience with them on a Phazer but they work great on Polaris and are a nicely built shock that is easily worked on by about anyone doing shocks.Let us know how they work. How much?

Best way to explain it is from what see on the SP 600.

If I turn them around you cant adjust without taking out the skid and taking off the shock (metal blocking it probably will break the valve off). Even if I need to remove the skid it can remove it with 2 bolts in the back and it come out and goes back in in less then 1 min. These shocks have been on there for 1800 miles or so just only being rebuilt and no rubbing action going on. This is the way they come from the factory. The only thing the track touches is the sliders, wheels, and I think the two metal loops on the top of the front arm (U hooks).

Think this skid is heavier then the Phazer but the whole sled is only 450 lbs.

I think YAM177 might be able to tell you on how well they work he has used them in the pahzer. Also he has used the Aixs, and Exit.

In the SP they only work well in racing condition for trail riding not so much.

However difference designs in skids will cause different reactions. Also I have the bottles as well.

I just picked up a Rear Zero Pro to go along with my Float that's in the center position. Alot to do this summer with installing oilite bushings, Upbushman bushings, rear shock, wide arms, Skinz skid plate, and WRP boards.

I had run some zero pros with reservoirs the first year. Another TY member bought the shocks from me. I sold two sets I had of those. The rear had a reservoir and compression damping. The front was just a large body rebuildable.

I have fox zero pro hi/ow Compresion and Rebound for the Nytro I never realy ran them as i tested shocks for Exit last year
