I think your going to be about equal on those. 90 is sharper and shorter, 60 is longer and not as sharp. Personally I always go for 90 as long as possible doolies. But in your case anything is better than the flat steel you have now.

Not OEM, but there are complete Jackshaft and chaincase bearing kits available. I ordered from Royal Distributing. I think it was about 55$ for all the bearings and seals. The collar update is OEM only though. Good luck.

Not normal unless someone reworked the clutch. I think it's 3600 but +or- 200 so 3400-3800. Try cleaning it, could just be gunked up.

05 rx1 has read as high as 126 on the speedo. Until I break down and get a gps I don't know my actual. But it does look cool when the speedo hits that. Usually on the haywire grade north of Manitique MI.

If by "in the bush" you mean boon-docking, wilderness, powder heaven? That's probably your problem. sled has to work hard in the powder.
