I put the cmx belt drive on my 03 Rx1 mt. A few minor problems but works great. rolled the drive axle down 1.5" and back 2".

In Chelan County, up the Entiat river we've already been on our first search and rescue. Three sleders boondocking hit some stumps and spent the night out until we got to them and rode them out. Looks like about a four mile walk back into where the sleds are, just not enough snow yet.

The mods on the sled cost me around $10,000 in parts. But that was the cheap part my wife got $500 of clutch parts for drag racing , $4500 worth of light weight parts for her 600mtn , a new xt225 yamaha dual sport $4000 , $1000 for a new set of golf clubs, Etc Etc. But its great to have her...

Probably bent the spendle housing and or spindle. Does not take much of a hit. Undo tie rod ends off of housings and turn housing by hand. Should also check a-arms to see if they bent.

No torbo yet , have about 10,000 in mods to lghten it up. Also waiting for some reports on supercharger to be posted.

Didn't weigh it off the sled (brackets and coolers were installed after tunnel was mounted) but the blank tunnel weighed around 10lbs.

As the days gone on all my plans have changed, So I am going to keep an eye on the snow god and if things work out , would like to come down for a few days. No promises yet.

Went back to the 39 inch stance. With sway bar out the 41 inch didn't make that much difference.

If you are talking about the spindle and not the knuckle I Put mine in a press and straightened it. My knuckle was bent also drove a piece of pipe throuth it and that worked good enough,until back ordered parts came in. Make sure you check a-arms and bolts that hold a-arms on they were bent also.

Just made a straight line up from the carbon fiber cover and cut it and then took around two inches off the top. Got tired of bumping limbs and or turning it over on its side and have the guage pod break. also took the pod off and fiberglassed the inside of the pod and made it one piece, I think...
