I know that if you unplug the speedo, the sled runs, but not well and a code appears. Cannot recall the code .

Mine leaked twice, once was the oil seal and once was because of the cover, however, before I shelled out the cash for a new cover, I cleaned it all out, put some RTV silicone on both sides and carefully replaced the same gasket making sure that it held properly in place. 1500 miles later and...

Thats what I got , ran 3000 miles without issue except the inner idlers which I repacked.

As a follow-up, I had my brother in-law (master welder) weld the rad. Looks like he did a great job and after refilling the sled, bleding it and letting her run 20 minutes , seems to have worked, have not taken her out on the trails, but from what I read here, it should be ok. Will repost once...

I just got done removing the studs. do not want this happenning again ! I put in way too much time and money on maintenance to have something this dumb leave in the middle of nowhere ! Waiting for the welder to come and do his magic !

I run 1.325 woody's and have for the past 5 years. This never happenned, bent a few, but never ripped out of the track.

From what I saw it sems like a small hole but when I filled some coolant it seemed to leak from elsewhere but I c`ouldn't tell where. Maybe its just run-off from the sides.

Does the welding really hold up ok ?
