    Which Boost Controller?

If you were to combine the controllers then you would place the Turbonetics variable controller after the electric controller as a upper limit controller.

Heel Cliker "Hammertime" i need info! for RX1

I have 5 of Randy's secondary clutches and one set of Hammertime weights that all have failed in the last year. Good luck getting any service out of that guy. Do yourself a favor and avoid the products, too many disappointed people and too many other GOOD products.

    Which Boost Controller?

Another option, Turbonetics has a variable controller that when combined with a dual port actuator, applies pressure to both sides of the actuator allowing resistance to control boost levels. This setup works very well and has zero spikes. I use it on my GT28r turbo now and also on my previous...

Are roller secondarys a worthy modification for the RX-1?

Something else to think about... I had 5 Super Torquer secondaries that failed last year. Randy promised to fix/replace them last year. Still waiting... I personally would never buy another one of his products. These were all on Polaris machines that failed. Be careful, when I called him two...

    Header and Turbo Wrap

I used Swain tech coating on headers and turbo as well as a turbo blanket. The only negative I've heard about the wraps is if you have a fuel leak into wrap and causes fire. The combination of coating plus blanket really cuts underhood temps, I can even put my hand on blanket over turbo after...

    Oil/Air separator for crankcase breather

I can't see where it would hurt going larger if you needed to. I have used a barbed fitting into the top of the valve cover myself and ran 3/8'' hose.

    Oil/Air separator for crankcase breather

The oil return fitting is approx 3/8" id. It is not small.

    Oil/Air separator for crankcase breather

The separator has a filter inside that catches splattering oil and that oil then collects at the bottom of can and gravity feeds back to motor. I don't think a larger return line will be necessary because not a large quantity of oil will collect at any one time. This unit is very light weight...

    Oil/Air separator for crankcase breather

you should mount it so the return line comes out the bottom of the separator. You can run the return line back into the motor or into the oil res. The unit uses gravity to return the oil so you would want it mounted higher than the return destination.

    Oil/Air separator for crankcase breather

This is more for separation and mess control than increasing breathing, that said, it would enable unrestricted venting of the case. I will post pictures as soon as I can.

    Front mount turbo carb question

I haven't run it on snow yet to determine how well CDI works, in theory it should work well... Pat charges $500 for CDI.

    Front mount turbo carb question

I have an '03 RX1 mtn and have just installed swain tech coated 10:1 pistons, Hauck turbo CDI with 4 deg advance at 4000 rpm, 4 degree retard at 9000 rpm and rev limiter removal. My question is this. I have this sled setup for 1000' elevation and have 135 mj's. The sled idles rough at 1500 rpm...
