    excell exhaust video

Just purchased and installed the full Excell system and absolutely love it. Was worth every penny. It sounds awesome, it looks good, it's lighter, potentially the most R&D invested than any other system on the market hands down. Well Well worth the money. It is a little pricey comparatively...

Looking for a thread - custom white nytro

We need to get a thread of just that.......pimped out, kick a$$ looking sleds. I have seen a ton of really nice machines on here and it would be great to have them all in one place for us to drool at.

Best exhaust on the market. (loudness not important)

Does the Excell system have any bark to it or it pretty much a stock sound?

    AFTERMARKET A ARMS

Looks to me like the guy from West Coast Sleds is just pedaling the Timbersled Barkbuster. I didn't see another front end kit on the site.

    Handwarmer performance

Little experiment I did........In a controlled environment, while warming my machine up in the trailer, I cranked up the hand warmers all the way. NO wind, ambient air temp of -15F Result: The handlebars/warmers were extremely warm, on the edge of hot to the touch. Went out riding all day...

    Apex Mtn Torsion Springs

What is the best way to unbolt the axle/rod that is bolted to the drop brackets? Once you loosen the bolt on one side of the rod, the other side just wants to turn the entire rod/axle.

    Apex Mtn Torsion Springs

Any tip's or tricks for changing these things? I purchased the 1900's and want to get them changed out this week end and am looking for any "need to know info" or "must do" tricks while changing these springs.

    Yamaha Hand wind Deflectors

True, but the guards will not help you in that situation anyway.

    Yamaha Hand wind Deflectors

I've never heard of anyone ever breaking their wrist on a snowmachine in that fashion. Those guards are more for wind protection as apposed to busting bark like on a bike. These machines are designed to be rolled over in the snow and powder and we shouldn't have to worry about them breaking off...

    A few question

Do you need to change tip weights or anything else when you change springs like that? I am having the same problem, the sled wants to lurch when starting out from a stop or slow roll. Can't seem to get a smooth acceleration at low rpm's/speed, just real jerky (either on or off).

    Hi-Jacker Recomondations

Check out the website/video.....just universally mounts to the side of any sled. I think it looks like a great idea/product.......if you ride in area's that only get 6 feet of snow or less. Unfortunately we don't even start riding until we get 6 feet or more.

    Yamaha Hand wind Deflectors

Those are the same as the Dumbo Ear's I was referring to, however the set I have don't go over the stock guards as I don't have stock guards. They are in place of the stock guards, made by Skinz. www.richmotorsports.com/store/view_prod ... SKINNHTW28 www.skinzprotectivegear.com/snowmobilep...

    AFTERMARKET A ARMS

Try E-Bay......Just saw a pair on there Saturday night. Not sure if they are still there or not. Somebody here in Alaska was selling them after I presume purchasing the Barkbuster front end.

    Yamaha Hand wind Deflectors

No your stock ones come off and the dumbo ear's go on. They are made of a stiff fabric material is the best way I can describe them so you won't ever brake them. They are easy to install and remove (about thirty seconds each with no tools) and offer a ton of wind deflection and hand protection...

    Expanding Foam in Bars

Is is simply exposure to the elements. End of story........ Exposed bars transfer heat or cold in this case. Get some handguards, better gloves, wind deflectors or hand warmers to put in your gloves and quit trying to re-invent the wheel. I don't even use my darn hand warmers at all and...
