    In way over my head?...

Haha, I'm only just realizing the complexity of that post. Its funny when I speak to my ski doo friends about what I am doing with my sled, and they just say " man , I just have a needle that goes up and down.. :S" Sounds like something out of star trek haha.

    In way over my head?...

Alright thanks, I'll take a look! Yeah, I'm trying to find out what these codes are. I'm starting with trying to find a short in the electrical system. Then I'll test the plugs for a disconnection. Then if all that fails, its a malfunction in the gauge pod :(

    In way over my head?...

Alright, so about a year ago I posted telling you guys my story of how I had a spill on my phazer, where I hit a piece of re-bar sticking out of some concrete. I buckled up my right top a-arm and my right spindle plus two or three bolts throughout. So since then I've purchased the parts I needed...

Not so great first ride of the year

so I put my snowblower into my garage today. Out of curiosity, I turned the key to see if my numbers would come back. To my surprise they actually did. The display began to flash error codes 1 & 2. It was what I suspected, a short circuit or no signal from the ecu. I believe that when i struck...

    Should I buy a Phazer????

Welcome to the forums! With the use of my windshield, I was quite warm on my phazer. The only thing is, you are higher up then on most sleds, which means you get a little more wind.

Not so great first ride of the year

Tonight I was riding with a buddy of mine because we had our first snow fall (over 30 cms)! All of a sudden my right ski struck a metal rod, throwing me over the bars. I inspected the sled to find that i had gone head first into the speedometer. I buckeled the relocation bracket, then i noticed...

Are all Phazer colored plastics the same on all models?

I believe so, I'm not positive about the '10s though.

    07 Phazer Cold Start Kit

Mine was never hard to start to begin with thats all. I let mine prime then crank it and it goes strait away. The idle is fairly smooth.

    Got a ride in today!

I won't see this for another month or more. *sigh*

    07 Phazer Cold Start Kit

I got mine put on as a free update, but I noticed no difference. It wont get cold enough in newfoundland. Depending on how frequent you use/start your sled and temperature, the engine will need to turn quite a bit regardless of the kit.

    Phazer vs. TNT

Its all good in the twisties, but when the straightaways come, well you know what happens.

    Flotation plates

No I am referring to http://yamaha-motor.ca/accessories/accessory_details.php?item=1621&group=S&model=3143 It is cheaper, and for the money it is almost up to par with the flotation plate. I added the flotation of the A-arm guards also...
