Replaced all of the wheels in the center(6?). No part number as they were made up by my dealer. Some aluminum spacer machining required for these wheels as they have wider removeable bearings. The +5mm dia. seems to hold the track away from the hyfax better and reduces/eliminates the heavy wear...

I had excessive hyfax wear resulting in loud track noise. Replaced hyfax. Replaced stock wheels with 5mm oversized rubberized wheels. No/little hyfax wear No/Little track noise. Hope this helps.

Heard a rumour (maybe on here) that there is a beefed up replacement part for the weak '05 RS Venture W bracket. Is this true? If so, does anyone have the part number? Thanks

I run 6" Woody's Dooly carbides on my RS Venture with excellent results. Ran the same carbides before and after I picked the track. Good Luck

go with what undecided said. 6" Woody's Doolies and problem solved. No shims or adjustments.....just riding.

Thought I saw a hyfax removal tool that was similar to a slide hammer in use. May have been called Slide EZ or EZ Slider. Something like that.

My Dealer reccomended them. I do not have a P/N for them but can try to get one. They were about $135 for the set.
