I have been on so many sleds and yes there are gremlins in these sleds but all the negative thoughts go away once you squeeze that throttle. Not to mention I like to do a little wrenching. I would and will buy another one of these monsters again.
Still having issues getting this sled dialed in. I am 250lbs with gear and have already added ski pressure by adjusting front skis as well as pulled the limiter strap down one hole. My torsion springs are all the way hard. Any suggestions to get a good ride and not have ski push while cornering?
I found a coolant leak on the 'T' joint just above and to the left of the oil filter on the hose clamps. They were very lose (all three of them). I turned them so I can easily get my 6mm socket on them.
I did not read all the post but I would certainly delete the ROV as mine froze in Hearst, and Also tack the two screws with weld on your chain tensioner. Read Dan's sled build, you will find all you need to do!
How do I get that chain tensioner back in the case with everything installed? I had the screws tacked but I am wondering how to install, any tips? Thanks in advance.
