Old fuel, not getting up to operating temp, and short trips can foul plugs. Had to replace plugs on a YXZ with 11 miles once. Guy used it to get his mail, never got it warm enough.

As Cannondale said there's a hole in the foam already. Its a pretty simple install, putting the cover on is the worst part.

I wish I could give you specifics but I have not ridden a 2019 vs previous years calibration to compare. As far as I know, these changes were made to increase belt longevity and overall performance on a STOCK machine.
