I have not been able to ride the sled sense the changes do to lack of snow. i was able to ride yesterday I Grand Lake, Co and what a difference in clutching so much better.
If your having issue like I was the above will fix it!

Has anyone seen this ad in Wisconsin Snowmobile news? Look at the top right corner as they state ECU reflashes for Vipers. Nothing on their site that I seen.

Met up with NOS-PRO yesterday in the morning for some testing. We started out with a couple 94 MPH runs. Made some changes to COTC and next run was 98MPH. One more change and another run and hit 100MPH.
Last try was running a machined primary and secondary! WOW! 101 on GPS...
I added 6 grams to the tip using a M6 x 1 and Loctite, Red. Checked the 8FP clearance and that was good!
Checked the height of the belt in the primary and that was 1/4 inch below the top roughly.
Went for short ride on the lake and did not hit the limiter. Not enough distance to keep going to...

I found out why it is warped! Not really warped I guess bent! My son finally told me he blew a belt and used a clamp to open it up to remove the strings and clean it! Kids are wondereful and pricey! Oh well I will replace it I do see many out there on Ebay and one on this site.
I have a 2006 attak and I noticed that the ramps on the secondary clutch were shot. While replacing those I also noticed that the one of the plates on the secondary clutch was warped. I straighten it in a press as best I could and run the sled for the year with no issues. Should I continue to...
