Did you figure out what was going on with the sled. hopefully your secondary just needed to be shimmed and didn't cost you money. Cheers and I will help any way I can.
for clutch alignment put a straight edge on your primary to your secondary and measure the distance between the straight edge and your secondary. spec is between 13.5 to 16.5 mm

you would need a clutch alignment tool to check for alignment. your belt may be to tight. There are 3 bolts on the back side of your secondary with washers that you can take out or add in to get your right belt tension.

Ya just put some grease in it to keep water out and make a little cover. A lot of people have this problem and they just set it to where they like and leave it.

no I don't think so. I didn't put much power to it when it didn't move. as soon as it started to have any trouble moving I stopped and unfroze it better. and it does it at idle also. but I do have a new belt for it and I will clean the cutch surface just to be safe

For me I found the only reason why the clamps go loose is the flange on the pipes get thin which make them loose. I had to install a new y pipe on one side and the clamps worked great. But on the other older y pipe the clamps were loose and I could see that the flange was thinner. The only true...
