Great! Awesome! I don`t know how hot your engine got but if a cooling system has less pressure it it then it should, the boling point of the water will be lower. (leak). The higher pressure the higher boiling point.

judger101, give whoever is the most experienced MCX dealer over there a call and ask for advice, I often find myself putting lots time and effort into trying to fix a problem.. and lastly I take the phone and call someone who really knows and suddenly it all becomes clear.

If increased pressure inside the engine would make oil go past the rings and into the combustion chamber, your engine would smoke but I still cant see any reason why there should be oil in the precooler or mcx plenum. I wonder why you got ice and snowbuildup on the crank vent, when you say...

Might be a stupid question but since you have checked the turbo vent line I guess the vent line you are now talking about is the crankcase breather? On the MCX plenum if I remember correctly there are 4 hoses on the right side of it. -vent line from the turbo -vent line from cylinder...

It`s actually enough to only remove the 4 upper bolts, this will let you remove the metal plate that holds the bearing inplace. The shaft will have support from the other side and you can let it rest on the metal plate held by the two screws that are left if you only remove the 4 upper screws...
