I wired my accessories directly to the wires coming into the fuse block located on the right side of the sled right above the chaincase. Solid red wire is always hot, The solid blue wire is controlled by the key. You remove the fuses to reveal the female spade socket. There's a little tab...
I posted this before, but here it is again
FYI, here's what I did at the end of the season using seafoam. I removed the spark plugs and raised the back of the sled so the rear bumper was approx. 5 feet off the ground. Since the motor is angled backwards in the sled approximately 30 degrees...
You don't need to pull off the carbs to synchronize them. Maybe he adjusted the idle mixture screws and is calling that a synchronization. Synchronizing the carbs is done with a 4 column mercury manometer.
Almost RX-1, Are you running the stock factory carbides ? More aggressive carbides should reduce the amount of front end push. Remember, if you crank down on the limiter strap say bye bye to your weight transfer. Try some more preload on the front springs, it's easy to do and just as easy to...

I think you can leave the O-ring out and just plug the small hole since it really doesn't do anything. Then you don't have to worry about loosing the O-rings anymore.
Hey Freddie, which color makes more horsepower, did you dyno them yet ? :tg: Now I know some guys say black is faster, but the Candy Apple red is a chick magnet.
I would try Pioneer Performance, talk to Bruce Schrader, check the "cool links" section on this board for the web site. Look for Pioneer Motor Sports, Pioneer Performance is listed on the site.
