Has anyone installed a rear heat exchanger from an attack on a shorty with a gade-thrasher tunnel extension for a 136" ? It appears that the exchanger mounts in the same location but hangs a little low. Will I have a clearance issue with the track hitting the exchanger ? Also going to a ZX2...
Did they actually ask for payment or was it an invoice to show that you had ordered the suspension ? I received an invoice, but it was not requesting payment for the remainder of the balance due. It said right on it "that this is not a bill".
When using the Apex spindles, you must also use the Apex upper A-arms because they are a different length. If you don't, your camber angle will be way off.
Get the VIN and then call Port Yamaha, they can check to see if warranty can be extended. There were some leftovers from last year that Yamaha auctioned off to the dealers that didn't come with a warranty, but you could still buy the warranty for them.
I have an 06 RTX with the monoshock suspension that I feel rides too soft and would be willing to trade you rear suspensions if you're interested. I'm just outside Buffalo, New York.
Jeff, are the bearings in the wheels replaceable or do you have to replace the entire wheel ? Also, does the warranty cover enlongation or wear of bolt holes or wear at pivot points since there are no replaceable bushings in this suspension ? Do you have any pictures of the 136" and longer...

My son ran them on his RTX, said they were a great improvement over the stock ski's. Handled very good in the corners, never did get a chance to test them in deep snow.
