Old fuel, not getting up to operating temp, and short trips can foul plugs. Had to replace plugs on a YXZ with 11 miles once. Guy used it to get his mail, never got it warm enough.

As Cannondale said there's a hole in the foam already. Its a pretty simple install, putting the cover on is the worst part.

That's in the same spot mine failed and rubbing is not an issue in that location.

Should be fixed when you put the Slim Jims on. That what I ran on my Viper and now my Sidewinder with excellent results.
