i seen 2 stock rx-1 with just filter using alot of oil..... my quess and only one i come up with is mobile 1... both sled used it at the first part of the season last year.... doc u may have still a small leak, that would make it pop on let off.... and are most of u guys using stock mains??? has...
guys call microbelmont..... i think he offers more gears.. i have ben using his gears in alot of rx-1.. if u need a number let me know.. i will post it up for u guys...after i look it up!!
freddy, lets talk about a set of lectrons u sold that didnt belong to u.... funny how a guy send a set of carbs in for a update and u sell the guys #*$&@.. so before u start calling guys out.. better think.. and yes i have a nice little kit.. a bunch of guys are real happy!!
what??????? a four strock will cold seize a piston just as fast as a 2 stroke..... before u say anything else u better understand how a motor works....a piston will expand faster than a steel or plated cylender..so go rite a head a run a 4 stroke hard before it has time to warm up!!
i dont by it, it would have ben so flooded that it would not of pulled it self around to get that much fuel...... the sparks before the flame sound more like the muffler started coming apart, then the seat started burning....
wet heavy snow will cause this also. no traction then it will have to work to pull the sled, ride the sled and check to see how hot the clutch's are getting, u may be sliping the belt just alittle(talking about the squeaking)
look at the owners manual.. min. is 89 oct.....so your telling me that 4 stroke cant spark nock enough to burn a piston???? i dont feel like arguing with u. so i will leave it at this.
sorry but the out side studs are for turning.... and if u under stud a sled u will take the chance of hurting the track alot faster!!! and the key with studs is. when the condtion call for u to take it easy and not flog the sled do it.lol
LOL... yeah i have melted down a few things!!!! i have used NOS on almost every thing i own... from a 18 hp ford lawn tractor all the way to my 10.5inch tire( 8 sec )camaro...lawn mower was stupid funny. till i kicked the rod out. Wife was looking at me like i was a Idiot..ROLMAO... sux cutting...
IMO.... studs and carbides are a must.. with the RX1 i would go 196 with a 121 track. then i would use a 8 inch carbide.. stoping on ice (priceless) being able to turn before u hit a tree (priceless)
