Hit 47* here yesterday just southwest of Traverse City. Only made one pass in the groomer back on Dec. 27th and haven't had a sled out yet. Had to cancel our Feb. 18th snowdrag and it looks like I'll have to head to the U.P. if I want to get a ride in. Sad year.
If this test mule Catalyst that Thunder Products has in their posession is not very close to the production sled, why in the world would Arctic Cat be having them fine tune the clutching for it?
I already had the hoses disconnected when this occured. If you're going to take the time and effort to drain the hoses it would be a no-brainer to jack up the front end and get the rest. I was surprised there was this much.
Not to hijack but while we're on Oil On The Floor, not sure if it's common knowledge but I discovered when draining the oil from the crankcase you need to raise the front/lower the rear to get all the oil out of the sump as the drainplug hole is not quite the lowest point in the sump whnen...
