Yellowknife's 2006-2007 Season Odyssey on his Mountain Lite

Right on. Arctic Sunwest flys fuel, etc. out to Howard's Pass. Howard's Pass borders the Yukon-NWT border. It is where my wife works. Met a few of the pilots for Sunwest in our pub awhile back. Good bunch of guys!! I sure would like to sled out in that area! Again,Yellowknife, fantastic pics!!

    1st oil change

I don't think that was been sarcastic, I think that it is up to you if you want to run your sled with break-in oil in it longer than you should! CHANGE YOUR OIL!! Do as your manual says 800 km!! Oil is cheap, Your engine is not!

    Resident sheep!

They are like candy! Very mild tasting, and oh so tender!! ;)! Our hunting season in the Yukon begins on August 1 so an early season sheep is the ticket! Good with beer!

    2008 here they are

That Nytro sure caught my eye! It is too bad that the Phazer Mountain lite didn't have some of the issues like the "hole" adressed! When you look at the Nytro, first thing that caught my eye was that the plastic shrouds are proportionate on both sides of the sled. Not like the Phazer! Too bad ...

    Tunnel Close - Both Holes?

I have the aluminum plate drilled and bolted under the seat (2 -1/4" bolts) and I used existing holes under the tool box to bolt at the rear. I used a small amount of silicone in the middle so if it has to come off, then it will very easily!

    Blown a belt yet?

I got playing around with mine the other day and all I can say is to wear gloves. There some sharp edges that seem to bit ya! The secondary is tight, but it will go after some cursing and sweating! I swapped belts,so your not breaking the spare in when your stuck in the deep stuff! Yes I agree...

    1st oil change

I spent more time getting the filtre off than I did tearing the machine down to get to it! That wrench would have made life easier, Im sure! I used all I had (channel locks) nothing left of the old filtre when it finally cracked loose!

How do you like your Phazer so far?

The machine probably is one of the best handling sleds I have been on for quite some time. I'll take my hat of to my dealer for great service and taking the time to actually give a f*** not just to grab your money and run!

How do you like your Phazer so far?

Oh yeah, I forget to say that the susspension on this machine really, really BLOWS!

How do you like your Phazer so far?

I would like to say that so far it rates about a six! For what it is (500cc) it holds its own! The machine we have (mountain lite) has done not bad! I shouldn't have expected as much from it as I did. The hole in the tunnel(now closed on mine) has been an issue from the start aswell as many...
