Anyone ever have any issues with the sled cranking for 10 seconds or so before it starts? Sled used to start almost instantly, now cranks much longer.

Is anyone in the midwest running the old stock mountain ski with snotrackers? I run trail a lot in the UP but when I get in the powder the front of the sled sinks like a rock. I already have snot rackers and love them on trail skis, but wonder if they will be too much on mountain skis. thanks.

Just got the sled ready for winter, took it for a test ride and found the speedo is not working, it just says 0 mph, everything else seems to be working fine, any ideas?
