This summer i want to mod my phazer with new skis, and bullseyes. I was wondering what kind of skis I should purchase for all around riding (trail, deep snow, lake). Also, I was wondering if there are any other mods i could do for making a great cross country sled.
I have never heard of the phazer track delaminating before, but i would get a new track before that one explodes (I have seen it happen on other sleds before, it is not pretty). For adjusting the chain all you have to do is take off the battery mount on the right and finger tighten the chain...
your belt is riding at the right height. it is supposed to be 1/8 of a inch below the sheave, but i heard there are benefits if you take out the washers inside the secondary to make it ride higher.

Front left a-arm bushings warn
Front left axle bushing warn out in suspension
Front left bearings on my drive shaft dried out (just regreased them)

I bought a polaris pro xr 800 track and while i was looking at it i found out every third hole is plugged. will this still work and is the driver in this sled different?
