03 RX1 Speedo Problem

I went out Sat. and my speedo started cycling all over the place. It wasn't reading anywhere near the speeds I was going and was jumping all over even when sitting still. Now it just reads zero mph. Anybody have this problem before?

mine had rubbed throught a wire on the clutch and it started doing wack things.. might just be the wires are worn out or broke or something in the harness somewhere. in the service manual does it have electrical test procedures?

I'll have to throw the Yamaha cd in the computer and see if I can figure anything out. I just started messing with the clutching and the speedo would really help to see if I am going in the right direction. Hey Nick , how's the turbo running for you?
