It’s brand new! It’s got 482 km on it. If you recall I did everything..battery, starter, fuses and most of the ground plugs I thoughtThe fuel pump circuit takes power from the fuse at the starter solenoid. And sometimes that plug becomes dirty/corroded.
I guess I need to take the breathers off again and check it out underneath. Thanks

Pop the cap off the ground block and check for corrosion. This is the only black flat ground I have left. Didn’t want to cut it and fuse it together as it’s quite tight.
Does this relate to a fuel pump issue at all?
You mentioned you changed the starter solenoid. Did you get the Apex one or the Vector one? Apex has 10 amp fuses and the Vector has 30 amp fuses.
Have you checked the wires that go to the fuel pump relay?
Fuel should come out of the hose as it is the return line of the systemSo fuel should be spraying out of that fitting when you turn the key?
im having some kind of the same issue. New relay and pump hums a bit when key is turned. Won’t start when I crank it now although I put 500kms on the sled last weekend up in north bay/Mattawa

Yes, but the harness plug isn't. Make sure the female terminals in there are in good condition and gripping the male terminal snug. It’s brand new! It’s got 482 km on it. If you recall I did everything..battery, starter, fuses and most of the ground plugs I thought

Yeah it’s right starter solenoid…you or @maim confirmed for me couple months back
I will have to test and check relay wires. But I did just find this!!
Why would the brand fuse be so bad already?

Well that was it. Pump turned on when went into on position.
Hopefully the fuse lasts longer than my next 500kms grrr

Clean up the terminals the best you can and then pack them full of gun grease before plugging in the harness and fuse. This way moisture cant get in there and bugger it up again.
