So here is the problem - I turn the key to on, and everything sounds and looks fine - fuel pump is on, tack sweeps. But when I go to start, I just get a click, which I think is the solonoid. It will do this a few times, until one time it finally works, and starts up no problem. When it does crank, it cranks fast, so battery seams fine.
I've searched and found threads with the same problem, and the causes were corroded grounding blocks or the 10 amp fuse at the solonoid near the battery, but all checks out ok in my case (visually).
No code displayed either.
I noticed once warmed up, it seams better, but not gone.
Anyone have any ideas? Really want this fixed before I hit the trails.

sure use a test light on the starter teminal if it don't light up, solenopid not switching, but these are a pattern failure on these sleds, you can try cleaning all the connections first you may get lucky

i noticed you have a 06, man she's 6 modell years old now, just change the starter relay and get a fuel pump relay and clean all your ground blocks while your there just to save yourself the hassle

Ya, I did the grounding blocks already, and cleaned any corrosion I could find in the starter connections as well. I'll play with the solonoid and relays like you said.

you could try crossing the starter solenoid with the track off of the ground. if it fires right up that is the problem.
i had an ignition do something similar last season. broke so that a peice of plastic was blocking the starter contact in the ignition.
