06 Attak RA dial

I have been going thru the Attak I just bought trying to get as familiar as possible with it. It had an extra tall windshield that I cut down...cam out nice I think. My idler wheels all are intack and spinning freely. I have 2 questions though about the skid.......a) My RA dial spins almost 2 complete revolutions to get from soft to hard and vice versa...is this normal? Also, when the sled is level and on the garage floor, the rear will sag quite a bit...2-3inches at least. Not sure if this is normal....the sled has been sitting for quite awhile. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Your RA and rear skid sound fine to me.........my Attak is the same. I did have my rear shock revalved by pioneer..........

check the connection. 99% of em are broken but when working properly they will spin 2 revolutions.
