I'm going to install 06 bars on my 03 because apparently I cannnot get 07 bars. What should I be looking foras far as hand warmers?
I'm going to try and isolate the hooks as much as possible but what about wiring?

I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for, but to give you an idea of the difference between the 06 & 07 bars, just from a wiring perspective you may want to look at this thread.... based on this you may/may not want to hold out for 07 bars, depending on how the old rx's were wired (about which, I know zip!)...

Why would you bother? The 06 warmers were crap, so you going to have to replace them with new grips, and a riser to get them high enough. Why not just buy hooks for your RX1 bars? Or better yet, pick up a set of Cat SnoPro bars like I did and they already have the hooks and heated elements on them!

Did you get yours directly from Cat and how much were they?? Cause that sounds like a much better idea.
