Well, I prefer to have that extra 1-2 inches for suspension action. I'll let suspension handle suspension, and cooling handle cooling. Which is why I added the rear auxiliary cooler for this year. And Duponts last year to handle friction and wear.Maybe this is an old school train if thought , but a sled that's "jacked up" in the rear tends to loose more snow out the back flap and doesn't recirculate snow used for cooling and lube of th skid ??
