Does that retaining clip hold the new solonoid in placeI have over 14,000 miles on my 08 Apex LTX GT with the electric Ohlins shock and the only issue I had with it was a bad solenoid. I had it replaced while I had Bruce revalve the shock and then in 2017 when I had Hygear revalve the shock again, the solenoid was still good. I do follow this wiring diagram meticulously and have not had a broken wire. Although you were able to remove the solenoid, I thought I would pass this tech update along as well as the wiring diagram.

Just push the new solenoid in and the new retaining clip "clicks" in place. That's the reason you have to chisel the top of the old one off to remove it.

had my shock icon go out while back.checked everything! traced wires to ecu from shock nuthin broke, it is a 06, tryied a ecu out of a buddies 2010, shock worked, my ecu was the culprit, i reolaced it for a good used one,
