06 Vector Secondary Clutch Question

Just a quick question, the stepped washer behind the secondary should be
installed with the smaller diameter towards the bearing or towards the sheave? The parts diagram dosn't show a step in the washer so just curious.

Toward the bearing. The collar inside the bearing may protrude thru the bearing I.D., that's what the step is for.
