07 phazer. 15 renegade
We just bought an 07 phazer for our son. The sled is very nice except the fact that the rear/rear shock is blown out. I'm looking for recommendations as to whether I should just buy the metal body non-rebuild able that the sled came with or if there are better options? Thanks for any replies.

i saw a phazer rtx rear shock up on ebay last night. the one on my 09 is rebuildable as i just got it done.

For the price of the factory shock you could probably find a rebuildable Fox Zero Pro vavled properly. Local shop builds them custom valved for around 200$.

Blueironranger. Do you know if fox has an actual fitment chart so that I knew I was getting the correct shock? Thanks

I believe he is talking Carver. He makes some very nice FOX replicas.
Carver is one, another is “
33idoxlr8” on eBay, few friends have gotten shocks built by him and have been happy, might not be “new” but the price is right. He quoted me 329$ for a HD shaft Zero Pro clicker for the rear last year.

Is the rear skid shock in a 2007 Phazer 14.5”?
The rear/rear is 17.5” stock, 17.25” is as short as you can go. A lot of Skidoo 121” Sc3 and Sc4 shocks are the right length, non-Renegade. The Center (front/rear) shock is 13.125”

How can you tell if they are servicable? Are all the shocks on say, a 2010 MTX rebuildable?
