I bought this sled for my wife and I'd like to keep it for myself! I set transfer in the middle, The front shocks two clicks from soft on rebound, three clicks from soft on dampening, then backed the springs off until loose and tightened one turn. Bergstrom shims on the stock ski's with stock carbides until the triple points and ski savers arrive.
This things rides like a dream with lots of quiet power on tap and no darting at this point. My wife came off an 05 Vector and liked it fine, however she loves this sled. First sled I ever bought her that I have not received some kind of a complaint on. In 02 I bought her a 600 VMax Deluxe that she is still chewing my $^% about it! She is a very light rider and typically complains that the sled is too stiff. Not on this one. If I was buying a new sled today, I'd give up my Attak and buy one of these.
Great chassis for the 120 motor, too bad this sled didn't get more press as it deserves it.

Just curious, but why do you like the Vector better than your Attak? I almost purchased a left-over Attak and then decided to buy a 2008 Vector LTX instead, based upon the stellar reviews from those who actually rode the 2008 models last spring. I don't regret it at all, just wondering what you like better about the Vector. Since my wife is so hooked on my Vector now, I might have to buy another sled next year and was thinking about a used Attak just for something different.

The Vectors handle great! Absolutely stellar with just a few adjustments to the suspension. First sled I have ever been on that I can't wait to ride again! Well, maybe I'll have 2 Vector LTX's in my garage next year. I LOVE the pull of that tripple!

Metallicat,
Don't get me wrong, the Attak is a great sled. The noise reduction I feel is a plus and this sled rides much lighter than my Attak. Strange as it doesn't weigh that much less, but feels lighter in the front end. The engine braking is right on out of the box. The wife's 05 Vector would almost through you over the bars when you let off the gas. The Attak was the same way until I put a clutch kit in.
Can't wait for more snow!!

Could that be because the 120 motor sits lower in the Delta Box II chassis than the 150 motor does giving you a lower center of gravity??? Just a thought.
