I have a 2016 ltx with mpi stage one turbo and mpi clutch set up, have 650 miles on it now, any clue on why I'm only getting 10 mpg? Riding hard but not that hard. Any help would be appreciated

You may be a tad rich but without AFR gauge there is no way of knowing. When I had my 14 XTX with Stage 1 MPI at 6#'s I was only getting 8.5 at best!

a good AEM AFR gauge is only $157 on ebay (I just bought another last week) and can save you many headaches.

10 mpg is very low unless you are riding in powder all day. I'm getting 17 mpg with 6 lbs of boost riding hard and I know of some others getting the same. I you haven't re-geared you should. With stock gearing I was getting 14.5 on avg.

What did you have in it for stock gear's.

24/50--2.08 ratio
That's what I have in my 15 ltx dx, 1.6 ice cobra track, ulmers intake, sandales type can and bv clutch kit, pulls like hell up to 75 mph, average mpg is 13, but I run hard, I am clutched for 8600-8700, do you think different gear's would make a difference in mpg and performance.

No, I think the stock gearing should be fine for your setup keeping in mind that the 1.6 track will give up a bit of speed and mpg. As for performance, you say it's pulling hard to 75 mph which is good and I would think your top end is ok on good snow conditions? I wouldn't touch a thing.

I top out in the mid to upper 80's on average, hit 96 once on good hard snow, nos pro is going to machine my clutches for overdrive, and I am more than likely getting the Evo stage 2 87 octane flash, we see what it will do then. Sorry for hijacking this thread.

You probably don't have the power to get into overdrive now but you may after after a flash from EVO, not sure how much power that adds?
96 mph is a good top end! N/P on the hijack, All good stuff......

Evo 87 octane flash net's you 12-13 hp, intake is 4-5, and can had dynoed 7, all together I should be in the 150+ hp range, hopefully.....

I have the exact setup as you. I got very poor mileage at first. It did get better after 1000 miles. I also leaned out the cruise setting on the gems controller.

Are you still running the stock gearing ?
