10-4 looks good. You could get a couple heavy dudes to bottom our the rear and check if everything clears. Or just pop your torsion springs out the side then you can bottom it out with ease just to check. Looks nice! The blue looks great.

Dev did you just cut the bumper and slide in smaller diameter steel, then weld it? (or aluminum I dont even know what its made of haha)
Looks ridiculously easy!

yup. just cut the bumper on both sides...slid smaller pipe inside welded and ground off the extra welds, sanded it and threw on some paint!

Decent. I think I will do the same when I move to 144. I have a track, waiting to find some cheap rail extensions. Been a poor winter so hasn't been a priority. Nice work.

I used your instructions as a guideline...im assuming im a inch or so shorter..want to compare measurements? I don't think I have your measurements handy on me at the moment.

My extension was 15" overall with 2.5" turned down on each end. So my actual extension is 10" and there's plenty of room. If you're an inch or 2 shorter I wouldn't worry about it.

thanks again. ill double check mine tomorrow. As of the aluminium being bent 1" on both sides I did that also but cut it on a angle up towards the back to be flush with my extended bumper.
