Today at the CWSRA speed run''s 1000ft.Jeff simon showed up in the afternoon with his turbo rx1 he just put together first time running it besides on the dyno. It''s all stock chasis except with a firecat suspension and speed track also is lowered. The first run it went in the 136mph the second run it went 138.8mph.That was after everyone''s speeds where down 3mph compared to this morning. So maybe it would have hit 140 in the morning. He said he is going to cable speed runs this next saturday to get it fine tuned. This thing really goes for just getting it finished this morning.

jason, we went to a 660 run at crooked lake on a customers sled set-up like mine and left the 1000 set up in it, the conditions were terrible, alot of water on the track, 45 degrees, etc, we still ran 125 mph. jeff

darnit

You mean he won't be back at Waverly for this weekend's radar run? Damn, I missed it last weekend and heard I missed quite a bit. Now I hoped to see it this weekend there again. I'm always a day late and a dollar short.
