I've got a Vector with an MCX turbo currently being installed. I have a 159x16x2.3 track on the way with extroverts and a CBS extension. Is there a significant advantage to sliding the skid frame back or should I use extensions on the rails. If I slide the suspension back are there any issues which may affect the performance. I plan to put a level on the tunnel while the sled is sitting on the floor and use this line as a referance for the new suspension mounting holes. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I personally think that changing this geometry my make these things feel even heavier in the front [ is that possible ? ] I have ridden[ not owned ] a few other sleds with this done and they felt front heavy. I'm in the same boat now as well . It would be nice to have a better approach angle.

I have done a few relocates but wasn't too sure if I wanted to risk screwing up the geometry of the new skid, so I did the extensions. Seems fine, transfers well, no complaints, piece of cake.
