17' Sidewinder cranks but won't start

I just went through this on Friday, had to give the sled a little bit of throttle for it to fire and stay running, it warmed up a little bit and tried it again on Saturday and everything returned to normal, didn't have to hold throttle open, weird stuff man.

Ice/condensation/frost?
Frozen fuel pump relay?
Frozen/frosted up solenoids?
Moisture/water in BOV vent hose?

IDK it was in storage, in the trailer, not like its been being ridden out in the elements. It acted like the idle was set too low. Crank crank crank nothing, but as soon as i held the throttle open a bit it fired right up, but i had to hold it at 1500-1800Rpm or it would die. It was cold, sub zero earlier in the week and only a high of 20 that day plus it was inside the ice box trailer. i got busy and left it sit, tried again Saturday morning and it was perfect. so idk. fingers crossed headed to the U.P. a week from today, its going to be warmer so it should be fine
